5 Rules for the Young

People who are up for great things should not search for motivation online. Because motivation acts as a fuel and if you need fuel to boost yourself you are making your self more like a machine and not human. Fuel will exhaust in 1 or 2 days but the reason why you started will always remind you of your goals and make you calm in situations when you think of Quitting. If you are lazy and could not concentrate in studies or your day gets wasted for no reason then you need a better life style and not motivation. When I say better life style the only thing I mean is discipline. You need to discipline yourself. A day started with 5 daily good habits, will build you stronger and change your life forever.


1) Quitting 30 second PLEASURE

videos in 30 seconds will eat your time in hours and you would never realize it for sure, any thing which gives short time pleasure is harmful for your health mentally, physically and wealth growth. it may be Food, Sex, Trading in stocks or even watching reels and shorts. Don't let them take charge on you.



2) Planning your day -> The world knew and so did Vietnam that they stand nothing in front of America, such a small country had plans to defeat Gigantic problems like America. Never had a second thought they were clear and determined to fight or die. They hand PLANS and they did defeat the American Army in 1975. So never quit planning, God do not use his will on lazy peoples. Be ready for what ever it may be never stop planning.

Plan 5 execute 3 but plan everyday.

3) Eat what is meant for you -> At the early stage of life its Sad that no one educated us on what to eat and when. Thus if I write anything about this topic you may feel its a fictional story but its not. Everyone is different in their making you cant copy what people eat and aspire to get stronger. For a student in general your eating and sleeping habits will have 60-70% influence in your academics. Eat early and drink plenty. Eat the food which is the easiest for you to digest, don't let your body focus hours and hours in your digestion.


4) Waking up early -> This is not for those who like to study at night but for those who do not study at night. If you cant study at night then wake up early. waking at 6am every morning earlier then everyone around you will make you productive by the end of evening you will be able to complete not less then 90% of your task in your to-do list. The world looks and feels different in the dawn. Take the experience and experiment your productivity during the normal days and days when you wake early.


5) The last Habit -> You need to keep a record of the days you followed the above advice. And if you ever feel is it worth doing it? then remember this, We came here for the world to recognize us. The bigger goal is to contribute something and add value in the life of every individual and for the upcoming generations. And Bhagat Singh contributed his entire life for the freedom of this nation at the age of 23 "PERIOD"
